Picric was incorporated in December 1992 to serve the growing demands from the ever prospering Veetee Rice. By vertically integrating the production process. Picric Rice is able to offer its consumers the finest Basmati rice by investing the rewards of our experience gained by establishing advanced facilities.
From conception to commercial production. Picric has remained focused towards objectives or becoming one of the world’s major producers and marketers of superior quality rice. In its first year, it achieved the status of an Export House. Today, the fully automated plant is leading the rice milling industry in the advancement of technology, enabling Picric to continue to supply the consumers with exquisite Basmati grains.

Kawther Grain (Pvt.) Ltd.

Kawther Grain (Private) Limited started its operations in early 1999 and specializes in exporting brown and white rice of all the varieties produced in the land of five rivers. Kawther also produces parboiled rice in its state of the art Gariboldi plant of Italian origin. It possesses a five metric tons per hour capacity to process brown rice as well as five metric tons per hour of white polished rice on its integrated facilities spread on a site of 40 acres situated in Gujranwala, the heart of the rice producing belt of Punjab. Plant and machinery is equipped with latest range of SATAKE Polishers and Sorting equipment from Sortex, UK. Kawther strives for excellence and is the only rice plant in Pakistan, which is HACCP and ISO Certified.

Reem Rice Mills (PVT.) Limited

Since its coming into operation in 1995, due to its unwavering dedication to quality and innovation in Basmati processing technology, Reem Rice Mills was awarded ISO-9002 certification in September’ 1999 & was also awarded ‘Special Merit Trophies’ by the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry for being one of the top five Basmati Rice Exporters from Pakistan during 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and again in 2001-2002.
